St. Mark AME Zion Church & Valley Presbyterian Church

Interfaith Service – August 17, 2025

As part of the Count Us In movement, Saint Mark AME Zion Church and Valley Presbyterian Church came together for a special Interfaith Service celebrating unity, fellowship, and Kingdom Building.

The Count Us In initiative bridges ministries serving under-resourced communities with larger congregations, creating opportunities for collaboration and shared ministry. One of the most meaningful traditions of this partnership is the annual pulpit exchange, where pastors bring the Word in one another’s churches.

During this year’s service, our pastor was honored to preach at Valley Presbyterian Church, lifting up the spirit of connection and mutual support that strengthens both congregations.

This service was a powerful reminder of what is possible when communities come together in faith and purpose.
